Noise

We can hear mosquito sound, we can hear vibration sound, or we can hear any kind of sound. This ability to create and understand the sound enables the human to communicate with each other. Doorbell gives information about arrival of someone. Car horn gives us warning which is an important. Any sound which is low volume is enjoyable. But if the same sound is very high volume, it is termed as noise.

Noise pollution can be defined as an unpleasant and unwanted sound.

1) TYPES OF NOISE

Impulse or Impact Noise

The impact of constant hammer is an example of Impulse noise. It has high amplitude; It is short-duration noise pulse.

2) Continuous or Steady Noise

Noise without break or very small fluctuation is called continuous noise .The ear can be damaged by Continuous noise of excessive level. It should be carefully avoided. Loudspeakers in parties is the best type of Noise Pollution . This Noise Pollution is one Type of Pollution. The ear phones of a Walkman can damage the ears if heard at a very high volume. This is due to the damaging effects of continuous noise.
